O R D E R

At the last hearing, learned Government Advocate handed over the written instructions stating that the survey was previously conducted. The enclosure to such written instructions includes the acknowledgement by the petitioner that survey No.422/7A2B was surveyed.

2. In view thereof, the petitioner is not entitled to the relief claimed herein. If dissatisfied with the survey, it is always open to the petitioner to file an appeal in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. This Writ Petition is disposed of on these grounds without any order as to costs.
