Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned refusal check slip issued by the respondent in RFL/Thirumayam/121/2024, dated 28.10.2024 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondent to register the sale deed executed by the petitioner dated 28.10.2024 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court in W.P.(MD) No.18608 of 2024, dated 05.08.2024. This has also not been disputed by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent. In view of the same, the impugned Check Slip dated 28.10.2024 is side aside. The respondent is directed to register the petition mentioned document within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
