ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, Theni District to dispose the C.C.No.61 of 2017, in a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent, the FIR in Crime No.11 of 2017 had been registered for the offence under Sections 448, 447, 342, 379, 506(ii) of IPC, against the petitioners. After completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, Theni District and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.24 of 2018.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that in this case, there are totally twelve witnesses and the case was posted for examination of LW1 to LW3. 4.Considering the fact that the case was pending from the year 2018 and that the case is pending for trial, this Court directs the learned Judicial 2/4

Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, Theni District, to complete the trial in C.C.No.24 of 2018 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
