ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 328 of IPC and Section 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Product Act in Crime No.40 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The earlier anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner were dismissed on merits.

3.This Court does not find the case fit for grant of anticipatory bail, since there is no change in circumstances.
