Mr.Siddharthan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that a Division Bench of this Court while dismissing a Writ Appeal in WA(MD)No.99 of 2025 by confirming the order of the single Judge, which is the subject matter in the contempt petition, extended the time for eight weeks to implement the order.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

3. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required at present in this case.
