PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9381 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9381 of 2025, dated 05.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition only for three days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9381 of 2025 dated 05.06.2025 is modified to the effect 2/4

that the petitioner shall report before the Pollatchi East Police Station, Coimbatore, daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
