PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in CRL.M.P.(MD)No.9034 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11010 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.M.P.(MD)No.9034 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11010 of 2025, dated 03.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly five weeks.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that since the investigation is 2/4

not completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.M.P.(MD)No.9034 of 2025 in CRL.OP(MD)No.11010 of 2025 on 03.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.M.P.(MD)No.9034 of 2025 in CRL.OP.(MD)No.11010 of 2025 on 03.07.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30a.m., until further orders.
