ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(2)(c), 5(1)(a) and 7(1)(a) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Crime No.254/2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2. On perusal of records, it can be seen that the previous anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 01.10.2024 and 29.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD). Nos. 16730 and 18011 of 2024 respectively.

3. Considering the statements recorded from the victim girls, this Court does not find any change in circumstances.
