custody on 12.08.2024 for the alleged offence under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.112 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.18410 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court by order dated 25.10.2024. Only the charges have been framed and the trial is yet to commence. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a sole accused and on two earlier occasions, NBW was issued and he was secured and produced before the Court, this Court is not inclined to consider the bail petition till some progress is shown in the trial.
