The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.64 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is not an accused in the present Cr.No.64 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police.
