ORDER

The petitioner has prayed for a positive direction to the second respondent to issue rectified Field Measurement Book for S.No.495 of Keezha Karuvelangulam Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider his representation, dated 20.02.2019 on merits within a time stipulated by this Court.

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer, now sought for before this Court, by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.26817 of 2019 representation, this Court is inclined to issue the following direction.

(i) the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 20.02.2019 and to take further action or pass appropriate orders after hearing the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
