ORDER

This review application has been filed to review the order dated 22.12.2016 made in W.P(MD)No.24647 of 2016. The review applicant is the wife of the third respondent in the writ petition. It appears that Radhakrishnan who was shown as the third respondent had passed away way back in the year 1998. But then, the review applicant cannot be said to have suffered any prejudice. This is because the Division Bench did not issue any notice to the private respondents. It only directed the authorities to remove the encroachments in a public street.

2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner / first respondent herein states that the encroachment was removed way back in the year 2017 itself. Nothing survives for further adjudication.

3.This Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, Rev.AplcW(MD)SR.No.8317 of 2017 is also closed at the SR stage itself.
