PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 62 of 2024on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120(b), 420, 409, 465, 468, 471, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.62 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent and the learned counsel for the intervener.

3.Considering the nature of allegations that have been found in the complaint, which also involves falsification of receipt / challan, as a result of which, a sum of Rs.11,30,000/- has been cheated, which involves interest of 43 persons, who were expecting help from the Women self-help group, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the second petitioner (A2) is now 9 months pregnant. If this fact is true, the respondent Police shall consider the same and need not make unnecessary arrest insofar as the 2nd petitioner is concerned.
