ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed directing the respondents 1, 3 and 4 to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2024, with respect to cancellation of electricity service connection in Survey No.86/8B3, at Ariyapatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District.

2.Considering the limited scope of relief sought for herein, this Court hereby direct the respondents 1, 3 and 4 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2024, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the fifth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
