ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta in respect of the petition mentioned property. He has given representation dated 15.06.2022. All that the petitioner seeks dispose of the said representation. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
