Thasildar, Kulathur, Pudukkottai District, as well as the legal heirship certificate issued by Thasildar, Arakkonam, Vellore District, dated 19.5.2009, and take necessary action against the 4th and 5th respondents in accordance with law, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.08.2024. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the legal heirship certificate, dated 22.4.2009, issued by the Thasildar, Kulathur, Pudukkottai District, as well as the legal heirship certificate issued by Thasildar, Arakkonam, Vellore District, dated 19.5.2009 and take necessary action against the 4th and 5th respondents in accordance with law, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 16.08.2024.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the subject matter is under adjudication before the Civil Court. That being so, there is no occasion for the petitioner to

approach this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India at this point of time, as the matter is sub judice before the Civil Court.

3. Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs. 26.02.2025 NCC :
