Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent No.2 to conduct an enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2022 within a time period stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 4 to 8 is dispensed with.

2.The only request made by the petitioner is that the second respondent should dispose of the appeal. No exception can be taken to the said request. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing the final order.
