ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1236 of 2018 pending on the file of the III Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirappalli within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondents.

3. On perusal of the records it is seen that the said suit in O.S.No.1236 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirappalli has been filed by the revision petitioner / plaintiff for declaration and permanent injunction and the same has been adjourned continuously, after the filing of the Written Statement by the respondents / defendants. In such circumstances, the petitioner herein has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the case.

4. Since the matter is pending for more than four years, this Court is inclined to direct the III Additional District Munsif, 2/4

Thiruchirappalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1236 of 2018 pending on his file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
