ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that during the course of enquiry it was found that the petitioner also is an accused in Crime No.41 of 2024 , though his name was not found in the FIR.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is of the view that the issuance of summon for petitioner's appearance cannot be termed as harassment. Hence, this Court is not inclined to pass any order in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 08.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Rmk 2/4
