ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents to provide police protection for the life and limbs of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed property dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent and that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 02.09.2022 and the same is pending.

3. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.09.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
