O R D E R

The State is the petitioner. They seek review of the order dated 08.11.2022 made in W.P.(MD)No.18337 of 2019. The learned counsel for the respondents / original writ petitioners submitted that he has no objection for allowing the review application. Certain material aspects were not brought to my notice. The order does suffer from an error apparent on the face of the record. It is set aside and the review application is allowed. Therefore, W.P.(MD)No.18337 of 2019 has to be heard afresh. Since I do not have the portfolio, I have to necessarily adjourn the hearing of the writ petition. It is stated by the learned counsel on either side that similar issue has been raised in W.P.(MD)No.13416 of 2023. The Registry is directed to place the papers before the Hon'ble Administrative Judge and obtain order for posting W.P.(MD)No.18337 of 2018 along with W.P.(MD)No.13416 of 2023.
