2. This writ petition has been filed on apprehension that in the guise of the enforcement of the impugned Form-III notice, the petition-mentioned temple also would be demolished.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions clarifies that the petition-mentioned temple will not be touched. 2/4
