PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents No.2 to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner for Plastering, White Washing and Painting of the petitioner's father-in-law's house in S.Nos.1014/23, 1014/27, in Patta No.376, Pallikooda Street, Arulatchi,Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the complaint dated 18.08.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner for Plastering, White Washing and Painting of the petitioner's father-in-law's house in S.Nos.1014/23, 1014/27, in Patta No.376, Pallikooda Street, Arulatchi,Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the complaint dated 18.08.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner proceedings were initiated in CSR No. 385 of 2019 and both the parties were called for enquiry and during enquiry counter parties have agreed to allow the petitioner for doing repair works in his house and they agreed that they will not interfere with each other.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
