PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mangamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide proceeding reference number F.M.vz;.nr.ngh /gfpH/xrk;/epgp/c1/Ngh.jdp/m.vz;.100 of 2025 dated 24.07.2025 and quash the same and consequentially direct the fourth respondent herein to reinstate the petitioner in the fourth respondent office after issuing the clearance certificate by the third respondent. ORDER
The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has placed a record of communication dated 23.09.2025 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Dindigul Electricity Distribution Circle, Dindigul, which would indicate that the order of suspension which had been questioned before this Court stands revoked. 2/5
2. In view fo the same, the respondents are directed to reinstate the petitioner into service forthwith along with necessary clearance certificate in that regard.
