ORDER
The present revision petition has been filed for an early disposal of O.S.No.309 of 2022 pending on the file of the IV Additional District Court, Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said suit has been filed for the relief of partition and separate possession and considering the fact that the plaintiff who is the senior citizen, a direction may be issued for early disposal of the suit.
3. The case history produced by the plaintiff/revision petitioner indicates that the defendant has been served only in September-2022 and the case is now being adjourned for filing of written statement by the sole defendant. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the IV Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli. The petitioner is at liberty to revive the said application after one year.
4. With the aforesaid observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
