Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15348 of 2024 on 11.09.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the first and third petitioners complied with the condition for 34 days and the second petitioner complied with the condition for 10 days.

3. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15348 of 2024 on 11.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 pm for a period of three weeks, and thereafter, on every Monday and Friday at 05.30 p.m, until further orders. sd/- 15/11/2024 / TRUE COPY / / 11 /2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
