ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.06.2025 and take appropriate action.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the petitioner's complaint, the respondents would complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with the direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today and communicate the decision taken in the enquiry to the petitioner. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
