Notice being served on the respondents and names being printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.
2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer O.S.No.35 of 2022 from the XVIII City Civil Court, Chennai to the Principal District and Sessions Judges Court, Karur or any other competent Court in Karur.
3. In the affidavit filed in support of the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, the petitioner has stated as follows:-
11. I submit that I am residing at Karur District along with my family and as a lady I am unable to travel all the way from Karur to Chennai for all case hearing. Furthermore I have no financial assistance from anyone due to the immense necessity that the above case has to transfer from learned XVIII City Civil Court at Chennai to the Hon'ble Principal District Court at Karuru. As far as I am concerned if I have to travel 450 Kilometers up and down it is very difficult to travel such a long distance. Further I don't have money to spend for the joinery the 1st respondent/Plaintiff having a money power and influence. I have great apprehension to my life and limp if I attuned the court at Chennai. On this ground alone said O.S.No.35 of 2022 on the Page No. 2 of 4
file of the learned XVIII City Civil Court at Chennai to be transfer to the Hon'ble Principal District Court at Karur.
4. Being satisfied with the above reasons, I am inclined to allow this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. Therefore, O.S.No.35 of 2022 is directed to be transferred from the XVIII City Civil Court, Chennai to the Principal District and Sessions Judges Court, Karur.
5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
