ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "directing the respondents to shift the high voltage electric wire lines presently running at across to petitioner house plot an extent of 0.03.5 cents in Survey No.254/4 of Theni Road, Usilampatti Town, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District based on the shifting charges fee dated 02.04.2025 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court."

2. The learned Standing Counsel would submit that if the petitioner identifies an alternative pathway, the authorities are ready to shift the high voltage electric wire lines.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
