ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner by compelling to hand over the own jewels to the second respondent under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner has filed a petition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15316 of 2022 and this Court passed an order on 25.08.2022, directing the petitioner to appear before the first respondent, but he has not turned up. Further, he would submit that the complaint given by the second respondent is pending before the first respondent. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the first respondent herein. 4.Recording the said submission, the petitioner and the second respondent herein are directed to appear before the first respondent herein and on such appearance, the first respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and take suitable action, within a period of fifteen days, from the date 2/4
of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
