By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks the expeditious disposal of the case filed before the District Revenue Officer.

2. The petitioner asserts that the names of one Kandasamy and others were erroneously added in UDR Patta No.2219 and 2257 in respect of Survey Nos.1017 and 992, which belonged to the petitioner's family. After submitting an appeal in such regard before the first respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the appeal would be considered and disposed of on merits within twelve weeks.

4. Given the limited nature of relief claimed in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the case filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.1271901/2023/A6 within twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after 2/4

providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadhars in Patta Nos.2219 and 2257. No costs.
