PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein to secure the petitioner daughter namely Sowmiya, D/o.Karuppanan, aged about 19 years who is in the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and subsequently produce her before this Honorable Court and set her liberty forthwith.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent herein to secure the petitioner daughter namely Sowmiya, D/o.Karuppanan, aged about 19 years who is in the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and subsequently produce her before this Honorable Court and set her liberty forthwith

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.165 of 2019 under the caption woman missing and after due enquiry the victim girl namely somiya was traced and she has been produced before this Court today. The victim . who is aged about 20 years has stated that she is willing to go with her father.
