ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the respondent to regularize the petitioner's service as Helper, from the date of reinstatement, effecting from 13.06.2012, and direct the respondent to grant all consequential service benefits to the petitioner, including proper pay fixation, arrears of salary, and extension of retirement and terminal benefits such as Gratuity, Provident Fund and Pension, as applicable to regular employees in the said post.

2. The petitioner, who was reinstated on 13.06.2012 is being only considered as daily wager and hence, he had made a representation to the respondent to regularize his services from the date of his reinstatement. The said representation is still pending with the respondent.

3. Considering the fact that the said representation, dated 21.05.2025 is pending consideration with the respondent, without entering upon the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the 2/4

respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.05.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
