ORDER
Challenging the impugned order of the 3rd respondent dated 03.08.2023, refusing to provide electricity connection to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed 2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that only on the objection of the impleaded 4th respondent, they were not able to provide electricity connection.
4.The learned counsel for the 4th respondent is not able to submit any proper reason for objecting the respondents 1 to 3 from providing electricity connection to the petitioner.

5.A careful perusal of the impugned order reveals that the rejection is on the sole ground that the patta stand in the name of the petitioner's father.
6In view of the same, this Court hereby direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide forthwith electricity connection to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 7.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
