This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 12.12.2019.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that in respect of missing of her daughter the third respondent gave a complaint before the second respondent and based on the complaint, the second respondent registered a case in Crime No.88 of 2019 as Girl Missing and altered to Sections 147, 366(A) r/w. 34 of IPC and the third respondent has also filed Habeus Corpus Petition in HCP No.303 of 2019 in respect of production of her daughter. petitioner aged about 17 years had kidnapped the victim girl and thereby the respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and they have not harassed the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
