O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early disposal of the final decree application in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.1102 of 2018, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the second defendant in O.S.No.1102 of 2018. The above suit was filed by the respondents 1 to 3 herein for the relief of partition, before the Principal Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli. On 07.11.2019, preliminary decree was passed by the trial Court. The grievance of the petitioner is that though preliminary decree was passed in the year 2019, the final decree proceedings in I.A.No.1 of 2020 has not yet been completed so far. Hence, this petition.

3. This Court considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed on record.

4.It is seen from the records that the suit is of the year 2018 and preliminary decree was also passed in the year 2019. However, final decree proceedings have not yet been completed. 5.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the final decree application in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.1102 of 2018 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
