2. With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to appoint qualified Referees for the school level Silambam events, which are scheduled for this current academic year, based on the representation dated 26.10.2024, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2024, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
