2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent police completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.2659 of 2022. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
