This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 249 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent opposed the petition by stating that the petitioner has not satisfactorily explained the delay.

3.
