O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) The mother had filed a petition stating that her son, who was born on 05.04.2007, had been missing on and from 01.03.2025. In this connection, she had lodged a complaint before the second respondent/Alangulam Police Station, Virudhunagr District, wherein FIR in Crime No.30 of 2025 had been registered under the caption 'boy missing'.

2. Today, the boy had been produced before us. As on date, he crossed the age of 18 years. The mother is also present. He is studying in College. He expressed his intention that he would work part time and continue with this life. At present, he is not willing to go with his mother.

3. Since he has crossed the age of 18 years, he is in a position to take a decision on his own and is not in illegal custody of anybody as on today, we would close the HCP.
