Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence vide order dated 25.07.2024. He was directed to report daily at 10.30 a.m. before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment police station, Tiruchirappalli. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the said condition.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor informed the Court that the petitioner has been complying with the condition since 09.08.2024 and that he was absent only on two occasions during Diwali season.
3. We are satisfied that case for relaxation has been made out. The condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of SC/ST(POA) Act Cases, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur on the first working day of every month.
