PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to set aside conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, (Prevention of Atrocities Act) Theni in Crl.M.P.No.4227/2019 dated 07.12.2019 with respect to the petitioners shall stay at Madurai and shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Madurai daily at 10.30 AM until further orders and condition imposed under Section 10 of SC/ST(POA) Act that the petitioners shall not enter into the Bodinaickanur Municipal Area for a period of one year For Petitioner : Mr.M.Kaliraj For Respondents : Mr.R.Anandharaj Additional Public Prosecutor

This petition has been filed seeking direction to set aside conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Court, (Prevention of Atrocities Act) Theni in Crl.M.P.No.4227/2019 dated 07.12.2019 with respect to the petitioners shall stay at Madurai and shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.1 daily at 10.30 AM until further orders and condition imposed under Section 10 of SC/ST(POA) Act that the petitioners shall not enter into the Bodinaickanur Municipal Area for a period of one year.

3. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the trial court seeking for direction to modify the condition.
