Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIMEGALAI.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 09.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17263 of 2024. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17263 of 2024 on 09.10.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for nearly 28 days. He further submitted that the final report has already been filed before the concerned Court and it has been taken on file.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17263 of 2024 on 09.10.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court during every date of hearing without fail.
