O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed by the father complaining that his daughter, aged 28 years, had been missing on and from 26.08.2025. The son-in-law of the petitioner is working in the Army and posted at Bihar.

2. The detenue had been produced before us and she has stated that owing to minor matrimonial differences, she had taken a decision to move away from the marital house.

3. We have enquired the detenue and also the husband, who has taken leave from the Army and he is present before this Court now. The detenue had expressed her intention to go with her husband. He has also expressed his willingness to live along with his wife.

4. In view of the decision taken by both of them, which we really appreciate, no further orders are required in this petition.
