RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the Respondent Police at 10.30 a.m. daily vide order dt.8.11.2022 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.18472 of 2022 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18472 of 2022, dated 08.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18472 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
