Prayer Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9477 of 2022:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.c. To relax the condition imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai dated 28.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.2121 of 2022 in regarding with directing the petitioners shall stay at Usilampatti and sign before the Inspector of Police, Usilampatti Town Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m. And 5.00 p.m. For 30 days. 1/3

Thereafter, they shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Respondent Police station daily at 10.00 a.m. Until further orders.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. R. Venkatesan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. M. Veeranthiran, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD)No.10372 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9477 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.10372 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9477 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, on all the hearing dates fixed by the concerned Magistrate/trial Judge, without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
