RESPONDENT/PETITIONER Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time for a further period of six months to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the directions given by this Madurai Bench of Madras High Court,Madurai by its order dated.12.08.2022 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.14513 of 2022. Prayer in CRL OP(MD). 14513/ 2022 :

To Direct the respondent to file a Final Report in Crime No. 212 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame fixed by this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) for the petitioner and of MR.RJ.KARTHICK, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time for a further period of six months to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the directions given by this Court by its order dated 12.08.2022 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14513 of 2022. 2.Heard both sides.
