ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Rajkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.J.K.Jeyaseelan, Government Advocate for the respondent No.1, this Court made the following order:

"Considering the fact that the present writ petition had been filed challenging the surcharge proceedings, which have been confirmed in CMA(CS)3 of 2001 on the file of the Tribunal for Cooperative Cases (District Court, Tuticorin), Registry is directed to renumber the present writ petition as Civil Revision Petition and list the same as per roster."
