RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.18392/2022 dated 18.10.2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIKANDAN.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18392 of 2022, dated 18.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.18392 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
