2. The petitioner is the father of the detenu. The detenu has been produced before us. He is aged about 16 years. We suitably counselled the detenu as well as the parent. The detenu made it clear that he would go with his father.

3. Recording the subsequent development, this Habeas Corpus petition is disposed of.
